135° East Hyogo Dry Gin is a gin that goes beyond the ordinary and delivers a unique Hyogo-style taste experience. In addition to the traditional 50 botanicals used to make British dry gin, 135° East also contains a blend of 5 other Japanese botanicals, carefully selected by expert distiller Kimio Yonezawa.
This gin was named after the 135 degree East longitude that passes directly through the town of Akashi, where this gin is produced. The city has served as a reference point for determining the standard Japanese time zone since 1888.
The gin comes in a special and limited edition gift pack which, in addition to the bottle, also includes a set of perfumed cards! The five cards depict the five special ingredients used in this gin, the cards are perfumed so you have the opportunity to play with your senses. On the other side of each card is also a recipe for a unique mixed drink with this great gin!
