Tequila has always been made without compromise - from 100 % blue Weber agave, harvested at its peak, which produces a quality liquid every time.
The heart of the agave plant, the piña, is hand-picked and distilled to perfection in the tequila-making process. The tall, spiky leaves that protect the heart of the blue agave are removed one by one by the jimadores, the agave pickers. The agave is a century plant, which means it blooms once in a lifetime.
Field workers are the foundation of this tequila. Dedicated jimadores pick each agave piña by hand - a tradition that has been handed down from generation to generation.

From harvesting the agave to distilling and aging the entire 1800 tequila in the finest conditions, every step of the process is handled by us to ensure every sip is perfect.
