Absolut Born To Mix
We are all unique. Unique, but not alone. This year's limited edition vodka Absolut Original named Born To Mix is designed in collaboration with icon Olly Alexander. This concept celebrates that everyone is different and symbolizes that with our individuality, we are all important parts of a greater whole. Just like a mosaic, where each piece is unique and together creates something beautiful, this bottle represents inclusivity and diversity.
Absolut vodka was born from Swedish vodka-making tradition and a commitment to the source and community. One Source is the company's manufacturing philosophy, meaning that most of the production journey takes place in a small village of Åhus in Sweden and its surroundings.
It uses winter wheat from the area around the town of Åhus in southern Sweden. The fertile fields in southern Sweden are ideal for growing wheat, with yields approximately twice the global average for wheat production.
The water used for production is always drawn locally from own wells that are over 140 meters deep. The water has been filtered through Swedish rocks for thousands of years, providing a natural mouthfeel that cannot be created in a lab. After all, 60% of vodka is pure water.
Another plus is that today, every bottle of Absolut vodka is made from over 53% recycled glass. The bottle volume is 0.7 l.
