Foursquare 2009 Cask Strength belongs to the Exceptional Cask Selections edition of unique and rare rums, personally selected by master distiller Richard Seale.
It's his personal project to create rums that are released to the world only when he feels they have achieved extraordinary quality. These rums are one-of-a-kind, only available for a short time, and represent a truly remarkable approach to blending and aging rums.

The old Arcane Extraroma rum, which is distilled on the island of Mauritius, comes in a prestigious packaging. After 12 years in oak barrels stored in the Solera system, Arcane Extraroma has managed to preserve the freshness of the sugar cane. At the same time, it has developed a wonderful range of aromas, complex and delicate.
Sugar cane offers an incredible wealth of delicate and fresh aromas that are very difficult to preserve after the distillation and maturation process. Arcane Rum is always produced by distilling pure cane juice.

Window number 3.
Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa is a molasses rum from the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. It is produced by the Coffey still distillation method, whereby the distillate is extracted from the lower part of the still to produce this rum in order to obtain a robust and rich flavour profile.
The rum is matured in American oak bourbon barrels and port casks. The final blend was expertly blended from rums aged between 5 and 9 years. Admiral Rodney Princessa Rum offers notes of raisins, vanilla, honey, Caribbean spice, oak and crème brûlée.

Relicario Dominicano Superior Rum is a truly sublime and interesting drink. It is aged using the solera method, which means that it is not a spirit with a certain age, but a blend of individual spirits with different lengths of ageing.
They are matured in different casks and then blended. This is a sophisticated method that originated in Spain. It is matured in ex-brandy and ex-sherry casks. Ron Relicario is a blend of rums aged for 5, 8 and 12 years.

The Dos Maderas PX 5+5 rum first rests for five years in the Caribbean, then for another three years at the Williams & Humbert distillery in barrels where the Dos Cortados sherry (Palo Cortado) has been matured, and finally undergoes a third stage, 2 years of maturation in barrels where the Don Guido sherry (Pedro Ximénez) has been previously matured, resulting in an extraordinary and, most importantly, a first-class rum.
The bottle comes in a brown gift box. This tasting set includes Dos Maderas PX 5+5 0,7l, Dos Cortados 20 year old 0,1l and Don Guido 20 year old 0,1l.

Marama Origins Indonesian Rum is an exotic rum from the Indonesian island of Java. Its flavour is based on two typically local but key ingredients: the Indonesian sugar cane and the local climate.
Marama Origins Indonesian Rum is made from sugar cane and distilled using a continuous column system. It is then enriched with plant and fruit extracts typical of Southeast Asia, including vanilla and galangal root.

Caribbean and Mediterranean, Dominican Republic and Mallorca. The Caribbean rum was first matured in oak barrels in the Dominican Republic and then transported to Mallorca, where it was matured in the barrels of the famous Suau brandy.
The result is an excellent Ron Jungla rum with a delicate yet pleasantly distinctive flavour dominated by notes of fruit with a subtle woodiness in the background. The finish is warming. Ron Jungla is a personal project of Bodegas Suau to achieve an exclusive product with a very specific bouquet.

The limited edition blended rum Chairman's Reserve Vintage 2009 is distilled in the Roseau Smokehouse on the island of Saint Lucia. It is made from molasses imported from Guyana.
All the rums used in the blending were produced in 2009. Aged for 1 year in oak barrels. It was then blended and spent the next 10 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels.

Duppy Share XO is a premium blended rum from Barbados. It is made from a blend of rums aged from 5 to 12 years old, sourced from the world's best rum distillery, Foursquare.
More than 65% of the blend is made up of eight-year-old rums. The rum is distilled in the Caribbean.

Davidsen's XO Black Label is the most intense Jamaican rum in the Davidsen's range. XO is created from a blend of molasses rums that is split into two halves.
50% are Reserva rums and the remaining half are 15-year-old rums that have been aged in American oak barrels.
This is a truly dark and deep rum that honours the traditions of dark Jamaican rum. It has a very pleasant sweet interesting taste full of caramel and oak notes.
