Balan Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Balan Cabernet Sauvignon is a red, dry, Italian wine. It comes from vineyards in the S. Ambrogio di Trebaseleghe area, vineyards surrounding the Balan company, in a region that has always been known as "Grion." Clay soils with large layers, extremely compact and clayey. The wine is a vintage 2021. The grape variety is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

It consists of two different clones of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety vinified together. Fermentation in cement tanks. Aging for 6 months in barrel (one-third of the barrel is new, the rest have been used two or three times before). Three months of aging in the bottle. It is recommended to continue this refinement.

We recommend serving with roasted red meat, game, pasta with meat sauce, and aged cheese.
