Bombay Sapphire East

Originally created as an homage to the Far East, Bombay Sapphire East Gin is distinctly different and complements the cocktails perfectly.

'Adapting a classic' is an overused phrase, but it certainly fits in this case. This edition of one of the world's most popular London Dry Gins is made with ten classic Bombay Sapphire botanicals as well as lemongrass and Vietnamese black peppercorns.

The added citrus from the lemongrass blends together to highlight the juniper, while the rounded black pepper brings out the spices to add depth of flavour.

A subtle steam infusion brings out the bold flavors of the 12 botanicals. Infused with exotic eastern flavours, this exceptionally crisp Bombay Sapphire Gin is also complemented by spice and a generous touch of citrus.

Made to the original recipe, East has a character all its own. It's perfect with tonic water, but is equally delicious in cocktails. However you enjoy it, there's something to look forward to.
