Rémy Martin VSOP embodies a harmonious balance of powerful yet elegant aromas. It is a true expression of the craftsmanship of the Cellar Master. The blend is composed exclusively of eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne, aged for a minimum of 4 years in French oak barrels.
One of the most popular cognacs on the market, it has received numerous awards over the years. It is also favoured by celebrities, including Jay-Z, who has mentioned cognac in several of his songs.
The unique Prince Hubert de Polignac VSOP Biologique Organic is made from organically grown grapes and exhibits exceptional fruit character and a uniquely pure aroma.
When Prince Hubert de Polignac Cognac decided to renew its organic quality, it was obvious for the brand to respect consumer expectations, but at the same time go even further in producing the most organic cognac possible. By doing away with the box, it worked with a wooden-head cap and had a fully recyclable tin cap.
It is a blend of 10 eaux-de-vie from organic farming partners, made from 60 % Fins Bois, 20 % Grande Champagne, 20 % Petite Champagne. Aged for 6 to 10 years, it is reduced in 4 stages in heavily toasted Limousin oak barrels, followed by maturation in red oak barrels (aged).
Prince Hubert de Polignac VSOP also uses 15 % dried and crushed grape bunch waste, 40 % recycled paper and 45 % virgin pulp. This cognac reduces its carbon impact by 20 % and is produced using 100 % green electricity. Inks and colours are developed using only real natural pigments from plants and minerals.
The bottles have been bottled with an alcohol content of 40 %. Polignac VSOP Organic Cognac can be served neat or on the rocks. Alternatively, it is excellent mixed in various cocktails.
