A unique and our first non-alcoholic rum Undone No.1 Not Rum. It is an aroma designed to mimic the taste and scent of rum in non-alcoholic drinks! The base is the essence of real Jamaican rum Pot Still Spirit. The drink is vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, low-calorie, and made with only natural flavors. The German brand Undone also produces other non-alcoholic beverages.
You will sense the aroma of tropical fruits and the typical ester notes of Jamaican rum. On the palate, you can taste hints of mango and papaya, accompanied by a light sweetness of sugarcane, combined with a subtle spice that lingers in the aftertaste.
We do not recommend tasting and serving it on its own! The easiest way to enjoy Undone No.1 is to combine it with ginger lemonade. For this drink, we recommend Thomas Henry Ginger Beer or any non-alcoholic version of drinks: Cuba Libre, Dark ’n Stormy, etc.
Non-Alcoholic Undone No.2 Not Gin is made by extracting essences from various herbs and spices, which are then distilled in special equipment to achieve an authentic gin flavor. It is an aroma designed to mimic the taste and scent of gin in non-alcoholic drinks! Some of the key herbs used in the production of Undone No.2 Not Gin include juniper, coriander, angelica, and citrus fruits.
After distillation, these extracts are blended into a mixture and gently flavored with natural ingredients. The entire production process is very carefully monitored to ensure excellent quality and taste of the beverage. We do not recommend tasting or serving it on its own! The best way to enjoy Undone No.2 is definitely in a mixed drink.
