Carl Jung Shiraz
Excellent red non-alcoholic wine from Carl Young winery. This table wine from the Shiraz variety is characterized by a distinctive red factory, the taste of chocolate and a pleasant tannin structure. Simply typical Shiraz. Except it's completely alcohol-free.
The Shiraz variety can be compared to the Cabernet Sauvignon variety - the berries are similarly small with a thick skin. Syrah also needs a lot of sunshine to ripen, but it has a juicier fruit and is much better at making pure wines. If you like good Shiraz, you will appreciate this non-alcoholic alternative.
We recommend serving chilled to 8-10 °C with meat or in combination with pasta.
