Chateau Modra Devín 2021

Semi-sweet white wine Devín vintage 2021 from the Slovak winery Chateau Modra with the attribute late harvest. It comes from the South Slovak wine-growing region.

The Devín variety belongs to the category of Slovak nouveau riche. It is a cross between the Tramín red and Veltlín red-white varieties. A pleasant fresh spring evening with the wife absolutely calls for baked fish with green asparagus with hollandaise sauce and Devín 2021 to go with it.
