Royal Salute 21 Year Old Fashion Collection Harris Reed Purple

For the third edition of The Fashion Collection, Royal Salute is delighted to embark on a new partnership with visionary fashion designer Harris Reed. Introducing a bold new blend celebrating the wonder of creativity and freedom of expression in fashion.

Inspired by her perception of modern royalty, the collaboration is the epitome of luxury and craftsmanship, bringing together two worlds for which these values are fundamental.

This 21-year-old whisky was made to order during a collaborative blending session at the iconic Strathisla distillery. Harris Reed joined master blender Sandy Hyslop to share his personal style and flavours during the blending process, which were reflected in the blend's flavour profile.

The unique addition of sherry-aged Braeval and American oak-aged Glenburgie gives the whisky a sweet and spicy signature style, resulting in a deliciously rich whisky with a vibrant and complex flavour.

When Harris embarked on the process of designing this collaboration, he was drawn to the natural parallels between Royal Salute's royal heritage and its distinctive feather headdresses, which he describes as modern crowns. The feather headdress became the main design element that adorns the flag, with iconography that links Harris Reed's theatrical word with the glamorous Royal Salute royalty.
