Description
Del Maguey comes with a collection of Single Village® mezcals, which are formed in the remote mountains, plains and valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico. Each mezcal is named after the village where it is hand-made, in an original 400-year-old way, from 100% ripe Espadin agave, without the use of chemicals, dyes and other additives.
Chichicapa altitude is 1540 meters with a desert and tropical microclimate. In order to maintain quality, only a limited number of bottles are produced per year.
Chichicapa has a medium-strong aroma, a complex taste with lots of citrus and a long smooth finish with mint tones.
