Demänovka

Demänovka is a traditional Slovak herbal liqueur, which has been produced for decades in Liptovský Mikuláš. Its unique taste is the result of a combination of 14 carefully selected herbs and spices, bee honey, fine quality alcohol and crystal clear water from the Tatra foothills. The entire production process takes approximately 6 months, during which the liqueur matures and acquires its characteristic taste.

The producer of Demänovka is the company ST. NICOLAUS. The company was founded in 1867 by the entrepreneur Armin Stark and since then it has developed dynamically until it became one of the leading producers of spirits in Slovakia.

Demänovka is available in different variants, such as Demänovka Bitter with an alcohol content of 38 %, Demänovka Liqueur with honey with an alcohol content of 33 %, Demänovka Cranberry with an alcohol content of 30 % and Demänovka Blackcurrant with an alcohol content of 30 %. Each of these liqueurs offers a unique taste experience, always based on an original recipe using natural ingredients.
