Demonio Des Los Andes Acholado Pisco
Demonio Des Los Andes Acholado Pisco is the result of distilling alcohols obtained from the exclusive fermentation of ripe grapes using traditional methods.
Pisco is a traditional Peruvian grape brandy. The originality of Pisco is due to the ideal terroir and the authentic production process using only grape must. Ripe grapes are pressed, the obtained must is purified, and then fermented. After being converted into alcohol, the must is distilled in distillation equipment.
Pisco Demonio is produced by Vina Tacama in the Ica region, south of Lima in the Pisco valleys of Peru.
Acholado Pisco is made from an exclusive selection of grape varieties from vineyards such as Quebranta, Albilla, Torontel, Moscatel and Italia, centuries-old varieties from Tacama that are traditionally used to produce the best Pisco from Peru.
This spirit is bottled at an alcohol content of 40% and a volume of 0.7 l.
