The gin is produced at The Shed Distillery, in the heart of rural Ireland, in the village of Drumshanbo. The gin is distilled in small batches in an ancient copper Pot Still, which allows for careful supervision of the distillation process and preservation of the aromatic components.
The recipe combines 8 distilled botanicals and 4 steam-infused botanicals. The ingredients used were oriental spices, herbs, citrus, California orange peel and Gunpowder tea. Finally, all the ingredients are carefully blended to create a harmonious and balanced gin.
