Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask

Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is an excellent Scottish blended whisky, part of a new limited edition along with Sherry Cask and Cask Edit. These versions were created by blending small batches of Islay single malts.

Bourbon Cask is made by combining two different whiskies that matured in first-fill and refill ex-bourbon oak casks. The entire blending process was overseen by Head Blender Oliver Chilton. The classic rich smoky whisky from the southern coast was combined with a slightly spicy version from the north.

Finally, the whisky was bottled in traditional laboratory flask-shaped bottles, representing Elements of Islay. The bottles are presented in minimalist black gift packaging.

We recommend serving it on the rocks or experimenting with cocktails.
