Description

Elements of Islay Cask Edit is a fantastic Scottish blended whisky that is part of a new limited edition along with Sherry Cask and Bourbon Cask. These versions were created by blending small batches of Islay single malts.

Cask Edit consists of two different whiskies that matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The blending process was overseen by Head Blender Oliver Chilton. A rich, smoky single malt from the southern coast of Islay was combined with a fresher, fruitier version from the north.

Finally, the whisky was bottled in traditional chemical ampoule-shaped bottles that represent Elements of Islay. The bottles are presented in minimalist black gift packaging.

We recommend serving it neat, or trying to experiment with cocktails.

How did the Old Fashioned come about? 1. Origin of the word "cocktail" In 1806, The Balance…
