Gautier XO is a multi-awarded cognac based on 10 generations of family tradition, preserving and enhancing of cognac-making know-how.
Gautier XO is a rich blend of eaux-de-vie from 4 different protected regions of origin: Fins Bois, Bons Bois, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. All eaux-de-vie used were at least 10 years old. Some of them come from a special cellar called "Paradise cellar" with the oldest and rarest cognac eaux-de-vie up to 40 years old.
The secret of the uniqueness of the Gautier brand is said to be in the unconventional cellars used for maturing. They are located in a former water mill on the river Osme, with constant natural humidity letting cognac gradually absorbs the tannins from the oak barrels during maturation and achieve its typical rich, rounded and complex taste.
