This Gentlejam Jack's Strawberry jam was created by chef, Milo Pabiš, as part of the Gentlejam by TOP chefs edition. It is exceptional for its unusual whiskey aroma, which beautifully completes the whole product. Milo combined the taste of strawberries and rhubarb, fine-tuned it with the flavour of BIO bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and at the end he finished it all with Jack Daniels Single Barrel - Tennessee whiskey, which before being placed in freshly fired oak barrels is surprising drop by drop with a three-metre thick layer of charcoal.

The jam is sweeter, even after the whisky itself, which is pleasant, with a citrusy tang and cereal sweetness. The jam is less alcoholic than the other three products in the range and the consistency is slightly thick.

The jam is 250 g and the alcohol content is 8,9 %.
