Ginato Pompelmo is a gin from Italy, and it is another unique product of this brand. This gin combines the bold orange character of pink grapefruit, the sweetness of Sangiovese variety grapes and Tuscan juniper berries to create a refreshing and delicious profile.

Select botanicals including pink grapefruit, Sangiovese grapes and juniper berries are macerated in high quality alcohol. This step is crucial to obtain citrus and fruit aromas.

The botanical blend is distilled in a traditional still. During distillation, unwanted components are carefully separated to produce a pure spirit with a rich flavour. After distillation, the pink grapefruit and Sangiovese grapes are macerated again to enhance their influence on the flavour and aroma of the gin.

The gin is known for its distinctive aroma of pink grapefruit accompanied by notes of sweet Sangiovese grapes. When tasted on the palate, the intense flavour of pink grapefruit, which is balanced by subtle fruity notes from the grapes and light spicy accents, is striking. This gin is refreshing and full of flavour, making it perfect for making a variety of gin cocktails.

The bottles are filled at 43 % alcohol and the volume is 0,7 l.
