Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is a dry prosecco with a controlled and protected origin. It is made from the best bunches of Glera grapes from the Aria Valentina vineyard (Veneto wine region - mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo mountains, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy).

Beading : Moderately volatile, fine and persistent
Color : light straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet : intense and fruity with tones of yellow apples and lemons, floral tones of wisteria and agate flowers
Taste : pleasantly sour, fresh, well structured and pleasantly harmonious on the tongue

It goes well as an aperitif, but also with food. It is a good choice for any special event.
