Giusti Sauvignon Nepis Veneto

Pleasant Italian wine Giusti Sauvignon Nepis Veneto, made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Nepis, Incrocio Manzoni Bianco and Chardonnay. The vineyard was planted and grown in moderately structured red soil.

Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. After completion, the wine is aged on the lees and regularly stirred until it is ready for bottling. We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 10°C.

It pairs perfectly with appetizers like San Daniele ham and melon or with first courses like spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and basil. Store in a cool place away from sunlight and heat.
