Gran Duque de Alba
It is distilled in distillation boilers at 65 degrees, which creates an excellent drink. The extraordinary properties of this brandy are the result of a careful selection of the materials from which it is made. It starts with a selection of fine white wines Palomino and Airen. Early distillation and the methods used are crucial to the final quality of these beverages, which are aged in American oak barrels, where the sherry oloroso has previously matured. Then they enter the traditional system of Criaderas y Soleras in the 10th criere and gradually descend lower until they reach the barrel of solera. The amount of brandy obtained is thoroughly diluted to ensure that it always maintains the same age.
Tones of taste and smell
Distinctive golden mahogany color and complexity of aromas - wine esters with strong tones of balsamic vinegar remind us of the long presence of this brandy in the wood. The taste is moderately dry, smooth and full, with undertones of burns and hints of vanilla, followed by a long and pleasant finish.
Serving
Lonely or with friends, sipping a glass of this old elegant brandy is a tribute to our taste. Serve in a brandy glass at room temperature and warm it by holding the glass by the bottom. Great for sitting at a table and having a pleasant conversation after a meal.
