Hakushika Tokusen Junmai Sake comes from Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. Its rich, dry flavour profile complements Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi or tempura.

However, Junmai Sake is also a handy accompaniment to roast beef or chicken. Hakushika Tokusen Junmai Sake can be served warmed to 45 °C or chilled to 5 °C. Serve it warm to bring out its aroma or chilled to bring out its flavour.
