Hamsik Prosecco Treviso DOC Frizzante
Prosecco Hamsik Treviso DOC Frizzante with fine bubbles, aromas of tropical fruits and flowers, and a sweeter fruity taste in great harmony.
Prosecco is a sparkling wine made exclusively from the Glera grape variety. Just as the Champagne region gives its name to Champagne, Prosecco has its own distinct region. The origins of this delicious drink date back to Roman times. The ancient Romans used Glera grapes to produce a delightful drink called Pucino.
The Glera grapes used for its production grew in a small village called Prosecco. The village of Prosecco is located in the hills above Trieste. In the 18th century, the cultivation of this delicious grape spread across the hills and into neighboring towns and villages in northern Italy in the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Since the 20th century, it has been the production of Prosecco in Veneto and Friuli that created the sparkling drink we all know today. Prosecco is made using traditional methods, with the help of modern fermentation technologies. The Glera grape variety used for Prosecco production was called Prosecco until 2009.
