Hinch 10 Year Old Sherry Cask
Hinch Sherry Cask is a high-quality 10-year-old Irish blended whiskey, which is made from a mixture of single grain and single malt whiskey in a ratio of 50/50. After mixing, it was filled into American oak barrels, where it matured for about 9 years, and into ex-sherry Oloroso barrels, where it matured for about 1 year.
Finally, it was poured into bottles with 43 % alcohol content and closed with a cork stopper. The Hinch distillery that made this whiskey is named after the nearby town of Ballynahinch.
Whiskey is contained in a very nice bottle with an unusual shape and a blue-white label, which creates a minimalist effect.
