Jack Daniel's Legacy Edition

Whiskey Jack Daniel's Legacy Edition comes from the Jack Daniels distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. It is made using pure cave water and a unique mellowing process perfected by Jack Daniel in 1866.

Tennessee whiskey is similar to bourbon, but is different in that it is filtered through a 3-foot layer of maple charcoal, creating a smooth, slightly smoky character with notes of cinnamon and wood. It is made from 80 % corn, 12 % rye and 8 % malt.

The label is a collector's edition and is reminiscent of early 20th century design. It was the first known paper label to be used on a bottle of old NO. 7 Jack Daniel's. These colorful labels adorned Tennessee whiskey before the now world famous black and white bottle design was created.
