Armagnac Janneau Napoleon is an impressive blend of eaux-de-vie selected for their richness and smoothness – key elements of the Janneau armagnac style. It is made from grapes of the Ugni Blanc and Baco varieties sourced from two significant wine regions: Bas Armagnac and Tenareze. Its exceptionally aromatic flavor is also enhanced by a production process that includes a combination of two different distillation styles: double distillation in copper pot stills and a column method, which was used to distill a small portion of this armagnac. The resulting distillates aged separately in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 years under perfect conditions with regular tasting, until the best flavor characteristics emerged. The result is an aromatic, smooth, and well-balanced amber-colored armagnac, with notes of plums, vanilla, and chopped mint.
