Description
Slovak dry red wine with protected designation of origin from the Karpatská Perla winery. Variety Pinot Noir, vintage 2019, Lesser Carpathian wine-growing region, wine-growing village Sv. Martin - Suchý vrch vineyard.
The wine is brick red in colour with a ruby hue. In the aroma and in the taste there are charming notes of sour cherries and dark chocolate. Thanks to 14 months of ageing in barrique barrels, the wine has acquired elegance.
The fruity character is evident in the taste, where it is balanced and elegant in combination with pleasant acids. The wine is vegan and low in histamines.
We recommend serving it chilled to 16-18 °C with grilled duck breast.
