Koval Four Grain Whiskey
Koval Four Grain is a great American whiskey made from four different organic types of grain - barley, rye, oats and wheat. It is described as single barrel, which means that it was aged for approximately 2 years in only one charred oak barrel from Minnesota, from which it was bottled at 47 % alcohol.
Koval is the first distillery in Chicago, which was established after the ban on the production, sale and distribution of alcohol in the USA after 1932. It has a pleasant spicy and slightly sweet taste with notes of red fruits, oil and nuts. Thanks to four different types of grain, it got a beautiful smell of bananas and smoke.
It goes perfectly with various cocktails. We recommend serving at room temperature neat or with an ice cube.
