Description
La Buse dal Lôf Friulano is a white dry Italian wine with a protected designation of origin. Grape variety Tocai Friulano (Sauvignon vert), Friuli Colli Orientali area. The grapes are grown on saliva-sandstone soil, after harvest they are pressed fresh and then fermented for 15 days. After fermentation, it matures for 2 months in steel containers.
We recommend serving chilled at 10-12 °C. Ideal for broth, soups, sauces or fish. Residual sugar content 3 g / l.
