Le Contesse BONNY Spumante Brut - Milessimato is an Italian white dry sparkling wine in a larger bottle with a volume of 1.5 l . It was made from white grapes from Le Contesse's own vineyards in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia wine region, Italy (40 meters above sea level).

It is subsequently formed by light compression and cleaning of the must by cold static decantation. A portion of the must is then stored refrigerated while the remainder of the mixture is fermented at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels with the help of selected yeasts. After this step, the wine is bottled and aged in temperature-controlled warehouses for several more weeks.
