Le Contesse Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut

Le Contesse Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut is an Italian dry white sparkling wine. Made from Ribolla Gialla grapes, hand-picked, from the Friuli wine region, northwestern Italy (elevation 120 - 150 m above sea level)

After hand-picking, the grapes undergo only light pressing and the must is cleaned by cold static decantation. Part of the must is then stored in cool conditions while the remainder of the blend ferments at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks in the presence of selected yeasts, which help this sparkling wine achieve its fine effervescence. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to age in temperature-controlled cellars for several more weeks.

Serve chilled at a temperature of 7 - 9 °C.
