The choice of wine can also affect our health, some people have histamine intolerance. The problem in the diet is caused by the amino acid histamine, which wine is rich in. However, by special production it is possible to achieve a minimum amount of histamine in wines that are called histamine-free or low-histamine wines and are therefore suitable for consumption even for people suffering from intolerance.
