Matusalem Sublime

Luxury blended rum Sublime, which comes from the Matusalem distillery located in the Dominican Republic. This limited edition is made in honor of the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Matusalem brand!

It is made from a mixture of the two oldest molasses rums, personally selected by members of the Álvarez family. First matured for almost 20 years in the Solera system in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. The second was aged for 10 years in an ex-sherry Jerez barrel. In short, a unique blend that represents the history of the family.

Sublime is like a perfume that is etched in your memory. It reminds of the smell of old barrels, which permeates unforgettable moments of life. Once blended, it was poured into a beautiful, spectacular decanter that was handcrafted and numbered at the 198-year-old Vista Alegre™ glassworks.

Finally, it was hand signed by Claudio Alvarez III and Claudio Alvarez IV before being placed in a wooden box. Only 450 pieces were produced!
