The red wines of the Modrokamen wine-growing region are always the bearers of quality and especially the Čebovská frankovka (Blaufränkisch) has a golden "cveng" at various wine competitions. After fermentation, the wine matured for 1 year in classic oak barrels with a volume of 1,500 l.
The color of the wine is deep ruby to ink. In the aroma we find strong tones of cherries, berries and black pepper. The taste is also rich in fruit tones. The longer aftertaste is pleasantly warmed by the higher alcohol content.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 15 - 18 ° C. Bottle maturity 2 - 10 years. Year and percentage may vary.
