Swiss gin producers Nginious! launched a new variation - gin Smoked & Salted. The basis of this fascinating gin is juniper, hot oranges, ginger, coriander, doula and especially cold-smoked chestnuts (smoked for an incredible 40 hours). Gin is flavored with a pinch of salt, which gives it the right taste.
Aroma: cracked black pepper, peanuts, smoked sea fish with hints of oranges and coriander.
Taste: juniper, pine and oak wood, salt, a touch of salted caramel and a mild spiciness.
Conclusion: junipers, salt and citrus peels.
