Description
Oban Little Bay is a single malt whisky from the Highland region of Scotland. Its interesting flavor profile is the result of playing with different casks. Master Blenders Dr Matthew Crow and Dr Craig Wilson have created this single malt from whisky aged in American oak, European sherry oak and refilled casks with new bottoms. And at the end, they let it all slowly matured to harmony in the smallest oak barrels they had in the distillery.
And the result? A bold and complex awarded whisky offering delicious notes of Christmas pudding, citrus and spicy cloves with a chocolate finish.
Serve neat or with a little cold spring water to fully develop its flavour.
