P31 Aperitivo Green was born in Venice, it is a light aperitivo with a low alcohol content, made from an infusion of selected aromatic herbs. P31 was born in the Caffè Pedrocchi in Padua, the different types of customers of the historic café tested the recipe for two years, which finally won the approval of the Venetian gondoliers, traditional consumers of the spritz. The launch of P31 Aperitivo Green took place in 2017.
The letter P in the name is a tribute to the prestigious café where the liqueur originated, but it is also associated with the famous Venetian merchant Marco Polo, a man who symbolised the country where exotic herbs, spices and fruits were imported from distant continents, many of which can be found among the 31 natural ingredients in the secret recipe of P31 Aperitivo Green.
Fresh notes of orange, absinthe, rhubarb and cinnamon are combined with medicinal herbs. These include ginger, chamomile and cloves, and its moderate alcohol content creates an exclusive and captivating aperitif taste. It is particularly recommended in mixed drinks for its exclusive green colour.
The alcohol content is only 11 %. Bottle capacity is 1 l.
