Fine sweet liqueur produced by River Charente in the Cognac region of France. The taste is dominated by Ruby Red grapefruits, which are harvested by hand in Corsica. The whole aperitif is created by infusing citrus peels, natural shoes and Eau de Vie. Try to prepare Pampelle Spritz. Add 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Pampelle aperitif and 1 part soda to a glass with ice. Cheers!
