Pura Vida

Pura Vida is a brand of rum produced in Costa Rica under the supervision of the French company Les Bienheureux, which is responsible for the entire production process from harvesting the sugar cane to bottling.

The XO rum is a blend of spirits aged between 6 and 15 years. After initial maturation in different types of casks, it is transported to France where it is matured in Charente wine cellars in cognac casks for approximately 6 months. The resulting rum is bottled in elegant decanters that emphasise its premium nature.

The flavour profile of Pura Vida XO is characterised by complexity, subtle woody notes, sweet spices, fruity aromas and a rounded texture. This rum is representative of the Spanish tradition and combines both traditional and modern approaches to production.
