Description
Remedy Spiced is a spiced rum that takes you back to the days of Prohibition in America, when rum (and alcohol in general) was hard to come by. It is crafted according to a recipe from 1922, which was sold in pharmacies as a medicine. So those who suffered from thirst during Prohibition could legally purchase Remedy Spiced Rum.
Remedy Spiced is a blended rum made from several molasses distillates. These come from the Dominican Republic, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago. Before blending, they aged for a certain period in oak barrels.
Finally, it is bottled in very nice bottles with a retro label and a strength of 41.5 %. We recommend serving it neat at room temperature. For a smoother taste, use a few ice cubes.
