Rum Quorhum 23 is a blend of rums aged up to 23 years, which matured in barrels previously used for American bourbon using the solera method. While the distillation process itself follows traditional methods, modern techniques are also applied during the aging process. Quorhum 23 is a delightful cocktail of the best from history and the present.

Its aroma is much more pronounced than that of its 12 and 15-year-old siblings from the Ron Quorhum edition. It is distinctly sweet, honeyed, with notes of sweet ripe fruit and oak wood in the background. The flavor is also bold. Initially, the taste is full and sweet, later transitioning to notes of roasted nuts and almonds. The finish is sweet, long, and warming with a light oak wood flavor.
