Seven Tails XO

The unique and innovative Seven Tails XO brandy comes from the South of France with a new brandy production and blending. It contains the finest French spirits in abundance, 7 in total.

This brandy is inspired by medieval alchemy. Just as alchemists used multiple ingredients in elixirs to conjure up something incredible, so it is here. The spirits in question are Cognac aged for 8 and 10 years, Armagnac aged for 4, 20 and 30 years, and French brandy aged for 3 years. The whole blend is then matured together in port wine barrels, which adds an extra layer of flavour to the brandy.

The visuals of the bottle are also beautiful and have won many awards. The bottle features the head of a fox. The fox is the guardian of the elixir in alchemical iconography. The bottling was carried out with an alcohol content of 41.8%.

Nose: spicy, intense, grapes, dark chocolate, sandalwood
Taste: praline, dried figs, pecans, marzipan
