Silks

The Silks brand is owned by the well-known Irish distillery Boann. Silks gin is distilled in 500 liter copper colts. It is made from 14 different first-class ingredients. The main one is the apple blossom, which is harvested for 2 weeks in mid-May. Also honey, which produces a swarm of bees near a distillery in six hives.

Each distillate is free of filtration, cold filtration, discolouration and is reduced with water from a well in the distillery before being filled into bottles.
