Sipsmith Gin
It is made in a workshop previously used by the great late Michael Jackson (the whisky maker, not the singer). This craft gin produced in a super small batch is only lightly flavored, allowing the natural quality of the spirit to shine through.
It is distilled in an incredibly compact pot still or column still called Prudence. Sipsmith embodies truly artisanal distillation. At the time of its installation, Prudence was the first copper pot still to come to life in London after more than 200 years. Sipsmith London Dry Gin is distilled with 10 botanicals that are carefully selected for an even drier balance than classic London Dry Gin.
Aroma: Floral notes of a summer meadow, followed by ripe, rounded juniper and aromatic citrus freshness.
Taste: A smooth mouthfeel with dry juniper at the start, followed by a growing sweetness and lemon cake with orange marmalade adorned with a wave of lemon aroma. This is followed by ripe juniper and a light dryness, and finally, all the flavors harmonize into one whole.
Finish: Dominated by dryness with spicy juniper and an emerging hint of lemon cake.
