Sipsmith Gin
It is made in a workshop previously used by the great late Michael Jackson (whiskey maker, not singer). This craft gin made in a super small series is only slightly tasted, which makes it easier for the natural quality of alcohol to stand out.
It is distilled in an amazingly compact periodic distillation apparatus or distillation column called Prudence. Sipsmith embodies truly artistic distillation. At the time of its installation, Prudence was the first copper periodic distillation apparatus to come to life in London in more than 200 years. Sipsmith London Dry Gin is distilled with 10 plants, which are carefully selected for an even drier balance than the classic London Dry Gin.
Aroma: Floral tones of summer meadow, followed by ripe round juniper and aromatic citrus freshness.
Taste: A delicate mouthfeel with dry juniper at the beginning, followed by a growing sweetness and a lemon cake with orange jam decorated with a wave of lemon aroma. It is followed by ripe juniper and light dryness, and finally all tastes are harmonized into one whole.
Conclusion: Dryness prevails with spicy juniper and a hint of lemon pie.
