Description

Rarity, from private reserves, extra-mature Mexican tequila from one of the most respected distillery masters in the world - the legendary Germán González. The Mexican tequila Tears from Llorona Extra Anejo was not originally intended for sale, but was handmade only in a small batch like the luxurious tequila that this distillery master made for himself. Today, it proudly stands out alongside the world's best whiskeys, brandies and cognacs, which inspired it.

■ Due to its high sugar content, only 100% Weber Azul agave, slowly growing on volcanic cliffs in the Mexican region of Jalisco, is used for distillation.
■ Germán González then fermentes the agave using selected yeasts and distills the resulting must twice in copper kettles using the traditional copper pot still method.
■ In tequila Tears of Llorona, however, you will discover a taste that has been moved through the process of triple maturation to a new level, which is rarely seen even with the most premium whiskey. This tequila matured in three types of oak barrels - Scotch whiskey, sherry and Spanish brandy.
■ Extra Anejo means that she has matured for 5 years , which is up to 2 years more than usual. At the same time, it is an ideal time that makes the taste of agave and oak wood stand out. Longer ripening would already overshadow the agave at the expense of oak.

Distillery master Germán González recommends that you enjoy his tequila from wide whiskey glasses, which will allow it to fully develop its taste.
Allow her time to exhale and develop.
And enjoy this complex tequila with several layers of flavor with all your senses.
