The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve

First launched at the end of 2014. Founder's Reserve is now available in Slovakia and has replaced 12-year-old whiskey, despite the initial initiative that both will be on the market. Named in honor of the founder of the distillery, George Smith. Packed in Georgian blue.

Aroma: At first glance, it leaves a touch of salinity, but is better described as a slightly sour plum and apricot with an accent of wine. You can smell orange peel, caramel, chocolate raisins, but before the aroma fully develops, you can also smell pear, cinnamon, honeysuckle and sweet pea.
Taste: Fruity, then sweet more to caramel tones, you feel the touch of anise, then the taste turns into milk chocolate, banoffee cake and sweet peas.
Conclusion: Fruity rather than sweet, caramel flavor, a touch of anise and later milk chocolate flakes, a little oak and sweet barley.
Overall: Maybe a little sweet, but it excels fantastically with ice, where the sweetness is slightly suppressed.
