The Irishman Single Malt 12 Year Old

With The Irishman's 12 Year Old Single Malt whiskey, they have certainly delivered on that promise. This extraordinary whiskey is the result of 12 years of maturation in exclusively first-fill ex-bourbon casks.

The Irishman 12 is an everlasting Irish single malt whiskey that is aged in first-fill, flame-tanned ex-bourbon casks. Each year a few of the best casks are selected. A maximum of 6 000 bottles are produced each year. Each bottle is serial numbered as a mark of quality and is filtered without refrigeration.

The first sip of the whiskey is an explosion of rich flavor, sweet like vanilla and gently amplified by black peppercorns, which reluctantly give way to a juicy fruity center and then slowly fade away to leave a very satisfying grassy-earthy finish.

The bottles are bottled at 43 % alcohol with a 0,7 l capacity and come in gift cartons.
