The Irishman The Harvest

The Irishman The Harvest, formerly known as Founder’s Reserve, is an Irish whiskey made from a blend of Single Malt 70 % and Single Pot Still 30 %. The distillery renamed the whiskey The Harvest, to honor Ireland's rich agricultural and distilling heritage.

It was distilled three times and matured in American ex-bourbon oak barrels. Thanks to the barrels, it got an irresistible taste full of biscuits, wood, spices, cinnamon and chocolate. It is made exclusively from 100 % Irish barley grown by farmers.

Color: amber with gold-red highlights
Aroma: spices, peaches, nectarines, honey, butter, pastries
Taste: hot chocolate, oak, spices, biscuits, cinnamon, lemon
Finish: spicy, oak, butter, caramel, biscuits, anise
